Homemade White Chocolate Sauce
- Heat the heavy cream in a small pot until hot (but not boiling).
- Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth and melted.
- Whisk in the butter.
- Let cool. Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
Venti Iced White Mocha
- Add 3 tablespoons white chocolate sauce to your cup.
- Pour in the hot espresso, stir to dissolve.
- Add 1 cup milk, stir again.
- Fill the cup all the way with ice.
- Top with whipped cream if you want the Starbucks vibe.
