Ingredients
  

Homemade Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato Recipe
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup cold milk any milk
  • 2 shots espresso ¼ cup total
  • Ice about 2 cups to fill a venti cup
  • Caramel drizzle for the top

Method
 

  1. Add 3 tbsp vanilla syrup to the bottom of your cup.
  2. Pour in 1 cup cold milk.
  3. Add ice until your cup is almost full.
  4. Gently pour 2 shots of hot espresso over the top to “mark” the milk (macchiato style).
  5. Drizzle plenty of caramel sauce over the top
